I knew they are going to do a great job when I hired them for air conditioner installation. They are not the best here in San Antonio for nothing, right? Our AC systems in our new home are properly installed and I feel at ease that it won't give me any problems in the long run.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is THE WORST HVAC company in the San Antonio area. They improperly installed a air coil unit in my home in December 2015 and it never worked right. Each time I called to have them return to service the system, they never answered, and never came. The unit has leaked throughout the summer, causing me to keep the temps high though the summer. They are worthless. They hire ex-cons to do the installs, and don't do any of the work to code or any standard. They are a sham that are connected through Home Shield insurance. If you are ever recommended this outfit through your home owner's insurance, or another means, seek a 2nd opinion by all means.

One of the things I love about this company here in San Antonio is when I hired them for air conditioning repair, I was able to get some great discounts, too. Plus, their technicians are very courteous. It was a great experience and I get to save a lot of money in exchange for an excellent service.

I am from Alamo Heights and we recently encountered a problem with our furnace and air conditioning. My brother-in-law told me to call this company and I did. I am very impressed with their service and the technician that came to us was very polite. He also educated on us on maintenance that we can do on our own. It was a great experience!

Fantastic customer service, honest, patient, and explained everything I don’t understand about AC work in layman’s terms I could fully grasp. Our tech, Sam, was courteous, congenial, and never rushed the job. After a first resolution to determine why our house wouldn’t cool was unsuccessful, Sam came back out soon after the request, troubleshoot extensively and discovered the less than obvious issue that he immediately remedied. Within an hour our house was cool again and done so at an affordable rate without any efforts to up-sell products or unneeded services. Highly recommended and will continue to use in the future when the Texas heat takes over!

This company took 6 visits to get the air conditioning "fixed." They were sent to us by American Home Shield. I had to work from home on multiple occasions waiting for a technician that was either late or had no idea what he was doing. They allegedly fixed the issue in May but the unit conked out in August. They are beyond unprofessional or competent.

Absolutely the BEST A/C company in San Antonio! They were my second opinion when I was told 3 years ago that I needed a new system & all I needed was freeon. So when my A/C really needed to be replaced, I knew who to call. Installation was fast, easy & professional & follow up service has been exceptional!!
